W2T works with Third Coast Roasters in Austin, Texas to import, roast and package the coffee. Third Coast Roasters is part of a national cooperative that has relationships with farmers in Ethiopia. Coffee is sold whole bean, by the pound, for $13.95. For every pound of coffee sold, $7 goes directly to building a water well and almost $2 goes to the farmer.
W2T offers 3 varieties:
Yirgacheffe: Fragrant and floral with fruit overtones. Smooth medium body.
Harrar: Full body and rich flavor with distinct mocha flavor.
Decaf Sidamo: A great breakfast coffee. Well balanced, moderate acidity.
