Third Coast Roasters is part of a national cooperative that has relationships with farmers in Ethiopia. A portion of the proceeds from the coffee you purchase will benefit the farmers directly.
Yirgacheffe: The cream of the crop. Yirgacheffe is considered by many to be the finest Ethiopian coffee. It enhances the palate with its very distinctive floral bouquet, rich body, smooth mellow finish, and pleasant fragrant aroma.
Sidamo Blend: Highly prized by coffee buyers from around the world, Sidamo features a fleeting floral aroma with a bright yet soft finish and a wonderful hint of lemon.
Harrar: Can have a strong dry edge with winy to fruit-like acidity, rich aromas, and a heavy body. One can observe an intense aroma of blueberries or blackberries. Harrar is often used in espresso blends to capture the fine aromatics in the crema.
