In Memory of Millicent Erlewine Campaign combines efforts with Pay It Forward - Well Complete!

This clean water well will be dedicated to the memory of Millicent Erlewine who died March 24, 2013. Millicent was a social worker, a singer, and late in life, a self-taught painter. She found her inspiration in interesting faces and skin textures, and during her more than eight years at Westminster Manor she painted portraits of many of the staff and their children, as well as other residents. She believed in and supported the mission of Water to Thrive during her life, and this well is a way to remember her and continue the efforts to provide clean water to those in need in rural Africa.
Pay It Forward Message: I decided to start a Pay it Forward campaign for an issue that is close to my heart and opened my eyes. We all take so much for granted in our lives, like having access to unlimited clean drinking water, that we can't imagine the lives of the 1 BILLION people in the world that dont share that luxury.
