About the Campaign

In Alexandria Minnesota, the Men’s bible studies from First Lutheran Church and Shalom Lutheran Church, were inspired by the men’s bible study at Triumphant Love Lutheran Church in Austin, Texas, where the idea for Water to Thrive began.  Our well project fundraiser has now begun and will also include the efforts of our children from Shalom and Bethesda Vacation Bible Schools.  We will host a walk for water on August 8, following our study on water and stewardship.  We invite you to join in, to help us fund a well and bless a community in Ethiopia with clean, safe drinking water.
