About the Campaign

Decorah Middle School is nestled in the Driftless region of Northeast Iowa. Phil Blom and the Skrade family birthed the idea of partnering with Water to Thrive alongside the 7th graders at Decorah Middle in their efforts to build awareness through cross-curricular learning about water. The culminating event to the water awareness consists of the week of May 18th being dedicated to water education and has been coined One Well. Within that week the students and staff will participate in a fundraiser event titled “Change 4 Change” in an effort to reach their goal of $5,000. This will be the third well that Decorah Middle School has had the privilege of funding.
