Hertford Grammar School Well: Every Drop Counts ~ Funding Complete!

About the Campaign

Located on the coastal inner banks of northeastern North Carolina on the beautiful Perquimans River, Hertford Grammar School is a small elementary school for all 3-5 students in rural Perquimans County.  The Perquimans County North Carolina Retired School Personnel Association has selected Hertford Grammar School to partner with them in raising funds to sponsor a well through Water to Thrive. Through the well campaign, the Hertford Grammar students will have a global experience, as well as have the opportunity of real life applications in their STEAM program, (science, technology, engineering, art and math) by learning about the well construction, its importance to the people it serves, and the benefit of fresh, disease free water. Through donations, as well as fundraising events sponsored by Hertford Grammar School and Perquimans County North Carolina Retired School Personnel Association, the goal is to raise $5000 to fund a well.
