Why are we so passionate about clean water?

The world is in critical need of clean drinking water.  According to UNICEF, every day, more than 4,000 people die from waterborne illnesses, a majority of whom are very young children.

Clean water is a basic need that must be met in order for people to survive. Clean water access directly impacts food security, education, health, women empowerment, and is the foundation for rural community transformation.

Why Water to Thrive?

Water to Thrive bridges the gap between those in need and those who are ready and willing to change lives through the power of clean water!

Through Water to Thrive’s longevity principles, every beneficiary community receives comprehensive water and sanitation training WASH, is required to form a water committee of at least 50% women, and establishes a community driven maintenance fund for future well repairs.
