Our partners are still helping rural, East African communities battle COVID-19. Our partner, the Relief Society of Tigray (REST), just shared the photos below with us. Women are social distancing while gathering water at a Water to Thrive hand-dug well! This well is providing clean water for a community in Tigray, Ethiopia and is playing a vital role in helping families stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your gifts enable our partners to continue to build wells, educate the public on COVID-19 and mobilize communities to implement social distancing and new hand-washing stations at water wells.

Our partner in Uganda, Partners for Community Transformation (PaCT), also continues to build and maintain water projects thanks to your generosity! They just sent us this video which showcases their important work to provide clean water, educate children about personal hygiene and female menstruation and empower students to stay in school. Check it out!
